The primary purpose for which this corporation is organized is to carry out the charitable and educational purposes of Zonta Club of Fredericksburg.

The purpose for which this foundation has been organized is to promote social welfare within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including but not limited to: improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women at the global and local level through service and advocacy; to work for the advancement of understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world of fellowship of members; to promote justice and universal respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms; to
be united internationally to foster high ethical standards, to implement service programs, and to provide mutual support and fellowship for members who serve their communities, their nations, and the world.
Zonta Club of Fredericksburg Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. The Zonta Club of Fredericksburg is proud to be a financial sponsor to the newly built Grace Center in Fredericksburg, a shelter for women and girls facing domestic violence issues. Our donation earned us the pleasure of naming the side patio of the beautiful building as the Zonta Club of Fredericksburg Lanai. Our gratitude to service in the community is a priority for all of our members.
